方晓风
方晓风教授
方晓风，1969年5月生于上海，现任清华大学美术学院副院长，长聘教授，博士生导师，中国《装饰》杂志社主编、编委，第十一届清华大学学术委员会委员，中国建筑学会室内分会副理事长，中国期刊协会第五届理事会理事，北京国际设计周组委会办公室副主任，中国标准化协会城市家具分会副会长，筑巢奖组委会主席，中国人居环境设计学年奖组委会副主任委员、组委会秘书长。
方晓风教授以《清代北京宫廷宗教建筑研究》获清华大学建筑学院建筑历史与理论方向的博士学位，形成一套以物见人的设计文化研究方法。近年来主要专注于中国古典园林、建筑史及设计史的研究，将造物活动置入文化系统之中进行考察，锤炼出大历史的学术研究格局，进而形成一种融通的设计文化观，构建了对设计历史和文化的系统考察方法和整合的设计思维。
方晓风教授一直思考、探讨并积极实践如何确立设计学的学科范式，提出基于设计学的综合性和实现能力，通过“实践导向、研究驱动”建立设计学科新范式，在其主编的《设计研究新范式》、《设计研究新范式2》、《设计研究新范式3》系统呈现了设计学科新范式倡导下的国内外优秀研究成果，为设计研究者提供了许多可参考的研究视角、方法和路径。
方晓风教授一直关注设计思维的教育与传播。此外，方晓风教授是在国内设计伦理研究的积极推动者，充分利用《装饰》这一学术平台，多次组织与伦理相关的专题讨论，如老年设计、设计关怀、服务设计、安全性、儿童设计、绿色之辨等。方晓风教授也是中国传统文化与设计思想活跃的传播者，2020年受央视《百家讲坛》栏目邀请，讲述《消失的宫殿》第二部《万园之园》。
Fang bio
Professor Fang Xiaofeng, Ph.D., is Deputy Dean of the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University. He serves as a doctoral supervisor and editor-in-chief along with an editorial board member of Zhuangshi journal and a member of the 11th Academic Committee of Tsinghua University. He also fulfils as Vice Chairman of the Interior Design Section of the Architectural Society of China, Director of the Fifth Council of the China Periodicals Association, Deputy Director of the Beijing International Design Week Organizing Committee Office, Vice President of the Urban Furniture Branch of the China Standardization Association, Chairman of the Nesting Award Organizing Committee, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Organizing Committee, China Habitat Environment Design Annual Award.
Professor Fang Xiaofeng received a Ph.D. degree in architectural history and theory from the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University with "Research on Beijing Palace Religious Architecture in the Qing Dynasty", forming a set of design culture research methods based on objects. In recent years, he has mainly focused on the research of Chinese classical gardens, architectural history, and design history. He places the creative activities into the cultural system for investigation, tempering the academic research pattern of the big history, and then forming an integrated view of design culture. In doing so, he has constructed a systematic approach to design history and cultural thinking.
Professor Xiaofeng is committed to establishing the paradigm of the design disciplines. He initiated the formation of a new paradigm of design discipline based on comprehensiveness and the ability realization of design science. In the New Paradigm of Design Research, New Paradigm of Design Research 2, and New Paradigm of Design Research 3 edited by him, the exceptional research induced in China and abroad under the advocacy of the new paradigm of design disciplines are systematically presented, which supports many research reference perspectives and methods for design researchers.
Professor Xiaofeng is passionate and dedicated to his role in the education and dissemination of design thinking. He is an active promoter of design ethics research in China. With Zhuangshi as an academic platform, he organized many seminars related to ethics, such as design for the elderly, design care, service design, safety, children's design, green debate, etc. Professor Fang Xiaofeng is also an active communicator of traditional Chinese culture and designs ideas. In 2020, he was invited by CCTV's "Hundreds of Lectures" column to give a talk entitled "The Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens".
